BIOGRAPHY

I have been playing bagpipes for over 10 years, competing with Dunoon Grammar School Pipe Band, Cowal Pipe Band and Glasgow City Pipe Band in this time. Within these last 10 years I have built up a lot of experience playing at a variety of events such as the first ever Glasgow Tattoo in January 2017 which was held at the SSE Hydro, being the Lone Piper at the opening ceremony of Cowal Games, piping for Prince Edwards visit to Dunoon in 2012 and also when I played at the opening ceremony of an under 5's health clinic in Malawi back in 2013 to name but a few. The latest event I performed at was at Celtic Connections alongside my current band 'Johnstone Pipe Band' who are celebrating their 75th anniversary since first being formed. After attending the National Piping Centre in 2016 and passing their HNC Music - Piping course I decided to launch my own piping business and as a result - CWH Piping was born!
